I am a lover of mankind, animal kind, and the earth. Family is first and favorite for me. I love life despite it’s many ups and downs and try not to get sidetracked by what some say life should look like. My life has never looked like that. I just try to keep my compass pointed in the right direction. I’m a thoughtful, devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I love everything virtuous, lovely, and of good report or praiseworthy.
My work as a Registered Nurse is fulfilling and challenging. I work with children, which is both joyful and healing, and sometimes a little sad. You can usually find me enjoying my family, working in my garden, reading, making soap — or other hopeful projects, and of course traveling. When I was growing up, we never took cruises and I was always jealous of those who did. Dad preferred to travel on the places we went, not just stop by. We always took the time to get to know our destinations, and I think I can say I have loved everywhere I’ve ever traveled and each new place I go becomes my favorite. I hope you’ll find something here that moves you and inspires you to travel the earth . . .
